FULL APPROVAL / ACCREDITATION granted for Nursing Programs at All Saints University School of Medicine, Dominica by the General Nursing Council for Dominica (GNCD) on July 05, 2021.
- The All Saints University, Dominica administration hereby congratulates faculty, staff and students on the success of the Site Visit conducted by the General Nursing Council for Dominica (GNCD) to the Department of Nursing of the University between May and June, 2021. This visit has culminated in FULL APPROVAL / ACCREDITATION of the Nursing programs at All Saints University School of Medicine, Dominica.
- The University also congratulates our first set of graduates in the Bachelor of Science (Nursing) degree program on their performance in the Regional Licensing Examination that took place earlier this year with 78% passing rate which is above the Regional Average of 73% in the same examination.
- Accelerated Bachelor of Science (Nursing) degree program to start in the upcoming Fall (September) 2021 semester. This Program is of 4-6 semesters duration, depending on qualifications. Eligibility for Admission: Applicants must possess Bachelor degree in a Life Science Discipline or be a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) for the RN to BSc (Nursing).
Clinical training of Nursing students takes place at hospitals in the Commonwealth of Dominica and the United States.
