In June, during NBD Cyber Security Awareness Month, The National Bank of Dominica embarked on an educational journey by organizing a captivating 500-word essay competition. The challenge centered around the intriguing topic of the “Psychology of Online Scams Techniques used by Cybercriminals.” The competition was open to high school and college students, aiming to enlighten the public on the paramount importance of cyber security.
We are delighted to announce that on August 3rd, 2023, a star emerged from our midst. Bertrand Kuuku Crankson, an MD5 student of All Saints Medical University School of Medicine, soared to the summit, securing the coveted first place in the college division. His impeccable write-up garnered him a well-deserved cash prize, a testament to his dedication and insight.
