Our programs are accredited by independent and international accreditation bodies to provide excellent learning experiences for our students and allowing our graduates to secure residencies and become licensed doctors in the United States, Canada, Dominica and all UN-member states.

ACCREDITED BY THE ACCM . . .

Effective May  2019, The Accreditation Commission on Colleges of Medicine (ACCM), Ireland has accredited Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree programs of All Saints University School of Medicine, Dominica. The ACCM is an internationally recognized accreditation body that uses standards similar to the Liaison Commission on Medical Education (LCME) standards. The LCME is responsible for accreditation of Medical Schools in the United States.

DOMINICA

All Saints University School of Medicine Dominica is chartered and recognized by the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica. The University is authorized by the Government of Dominica to confer Doctor of Medicine (MD) Degree upon its students who successfully complete all the graduation requirements of the University. Graduates of All Saints University are eligible to practice medicine in Dominica.

USA

All Saints University School of Medicine, Dominica (ASUSM, Dominica) is  recognized by FAIMER and listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools (WDOMS) with an ECFMG Sponsor Note stating the graduation years of 2006 – Current. Our students and graduates are therefore eligible to apply to the ECFMG for ECFMG Certification and United States Medical Licensing Examinations (USMLE) as a step towards ECFMG Certification.

CANADA

All Saints University School of Medicine, Dominica is recognized by the Medical Council of Canada (MCC). Consequently, graduates of the University are eligible to sit for Medical Council of Canada Evaluating Examination (MCCEE) and Medical Council of Canada (MCC) Qualifying Examinations (MCCQE, Parts I and II ). These constitute a prerequisite for eligibility to apply for residency training and practice licence in Canada.

WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION (W.H.O.)

All Saints University School of Medicine, Dominica, is recognized by the World Health Organization. The University is listed in the World Directory of Medical Schools. This recognition affords graduates of All Saints University, Dominica to be eligible to apply for practice licence in UN-member states.

ACCREDITED BY THE GENERAL NURSING COUNCIL

Effective June 2021, The General Nursing Council of Dominica, has accredited Nursing degree programs of All Saints University School of Medicine, Dominica.
