Students who are not from Canada or the United States are considered international students at All Saints University. Applicants with equivalent qualifications from their home countries are welcome, and each application is evaluated on an individual basis.
All Saints University has a diverse and growing population of international students from countries including Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Belize, Botswana, Brazil, Cameroon, Colombia, Germany, Ghana, India, Israel, Jamaica, Malawi, Nigeria, Norway, Sri Lanka, Taiwan, and the United Kingdom.
Applicants from countries where English is not an official language may be required to submit a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score to demonstrate English proficiency.

- Health clearance from country of origin (should include TB and HIV test reports)
- Police clearance from country of origin
- Proof of financial support form parents or guardians
