Tuition Refund Policy
A withdrawal request must be submitted in writing and authorized by the Dean of Academics before being sent to the Director of Administration.
The date of withdrawal is counted from the date the request is received.
Refund policy for students who withdraw:
80% refund – if enrolled for two weeks or less
60% refund – if enrolled for three weeks or less
40% refund – if enrolled for four weeks or less
No refund – after four weeks of enrollment
Any student absent for two terms without a written request or prior approval may face sanctions or dismissal from the university.
Such a dismissal will appear on the student’s transcript and academic records.
Application and enrollment fees are non-refundable.
